Misleading & Unfriendly Product

Let me first state that I love the quality of this product. The intensity of the oil lasts throughout the full life of the packet rather than fading like the cones. The holder is modern and nice. I love using it for areas where I have no outlet for an alternative device. However, the lack of thought put into this product by stating to replace the oil packet and the the fact that it is sold in a dual pack for doing so is very discouraging when no refills are available. I love Febreeze products. I have a drawer full of these holders waiting for refills to be released. It seems as though they will never come. I will not continue to waste plastic in this manner. I do not buy bottled water because I won’t waste plastic. I certainly will not waste it on a smelly device. Also, very few scents to choose from. Febreeze always has seasonal scents and great choices. However, I am disappointed to always find the same few scents with no seasonal alternatives. I have refused to buy more of these. Disappointing.
