Nice bed for the price

Very nice, classic styling and simple to put together with clear instructions: all assembled and ready to go in about an hour. We liked the height options (6.5 inches or 11 inches) and set it up low to make it easier for our older dog and small children to climb into bed with us (during “bad dream” nights, illnesses, etc). Our plastic bins designed for under-the-bed use that we keep our sheets and extra thin blankets in still fit even at the low height. It’s surprisingly sturdy for a bed of this price (it is my husband’s and my bed, not just for a guest room or child’s room); just minor “squeaking” at times that you’d expect, quite honestly less than we anticipated. Only issue was that it arrived with a very minor small chip in the paint which unfortunately was on the headboard by the finial, but I easily repaired it with some white spray paint (we ordered the bed in white) sprayed on a tiny sponge corner and dabbed on. Overall, very satisfied and happy with the purchase.
