Stay away from this one.

I bought this at the same time as the Kurgo Adventure harness, and I’m really disappointed with this one.

It was purchased for my Olde Boston Bulldogge, which means a chunky chest and skinny little hips. I measured him before ordering and it seemed as though the chest part would be a perfect fit, the back strap is usually a miss on harnesses, but nothing a little jimmy rigging won’t fix.

Even though it shows that the straps are adjustable, the strap itself is sewn into the chest and back pads, meaning that you can’t adjust it any smaller than the picture pretty much shows. On his last harness, the strap was moveable, meaning that you could tighten it and tuck the buckle into the the front or back panel.

Imagine my surprise when on our first trip he managed to get a paw up and out. I wish I had bought two of the Adventure Harnesses instead, found here: http://amzn.to/2aDoidT

It seemed sturdy enough, but the easy access straps take some getting used to. They held on, but the adjusters self-loosen. This is going into the closet and staying there.
I did try it as a backup for my Bullador, but it was an ill fit for her, even though the extra-large Adventure fit her like a dream.
