best set ever; wrong total playing time posted on the box

I won’t comment on the recording – as somebody said about Scott Ross’s complete recording of Scarlatti sonatas, recommending this set is like recommending Mona Lisa, and the same clearly applies to QI playing of Beethoven’s string quartets. It just beyond beautiful. So go and buy it – especially as this particular Decca reissue contains a comprehensive 52-page booklet with several great photos of QI, not to mention four articles on Beethoven and his string quartets (in English, French, Italian, and German – and, funny thing, they are all ***different*** articles, not translations of each other – great fun for a person who, like me, reads in all four). Worth every cent you spend. Notice, however, there’s a mighty typo on the back of the box – total playing time is posted at 7 hrs 17 mins 56 secs, and anyone who knows QI knows it cannot be, ABQ’s total set running to 7 hrs 30 mins. I added the playing times posted on individual sleeves, and sure enough, it comes up to 9 hrs 3 mins 37 secs.
