Lesson learned

sorry but poor consistency filament – some sections of filament the fibres are too dense & block 0.4mm nozzle – spitting out charred sawdust before totally clogging… creates a lot of dust even when not jamming… after the poor results with this product I went back & printed same part in various other filaments (excelvan wood, formfutura wood, hd glass & flexible) all of which were fine… I have experimented with different temperatures, speeds etc (bed adhesion & quality fine while not jammed). Using flashforge creator pro, printing from Simplify-3d. Shame as the small sections which do print look good… a lot cheaper (& less brittle) than the formfutura wood filaments, but not a patch on the excelvan wood filament – probably why no-one has stock of it & I had to try this as an alternative…
