Okay, i want to start this review by sáying i’d consider myself somewhat of a téch guru and i’m also a large fan of Samsung products so my expectations of the TV were extremely high as I’vé always had all the best with every product I’ve purchased from their website which includes mobile phones, laptops, along with other TV’s. Also, I purchaséd this TV to displace my Top grade 8500 Series 42″ Plasma TV in the family room and that TV comes with an absolutely stunning picture; in 2012 I paid about $1700 for this (further hiring my expectations of the LED TV). With that said I’ll try to be as in-depth when i can in this review because I read plenty of negative reviews that Let me address with my experience.Off first, the Shipping (I understand this has nothing in connection with the merchandise itself nonetheless it appears to be something lots of people be worried about and dwell on)-Like most Amazonér’s I was a little nervous investing in a $700 TV online, not due to Amazon but due to the chance for it getting damaged in transit and having to feel the whole return & replacement process. However the TV found its way to two days from time of purchase (Amazón Prime) via FedEx and the box wás in perfect condition, exactly like you’ll expect when purchasing from best buy. WHEN I un-boxed it everything was good and it was protected with Styrofoam and a plastic sleeve within the base and screen. There is zero scratches or cracks on the screen ór any area of the TV and honestly it could need to be a fairly rough ride for that to occur because the TV is secured in the heart of the box by the Styrofoam but these exact things happen. Before I mounted it above the fireplace instead of the old one I needed to plug it in and make certain the picture and everything was functioning hów it will, when I plugged it inside it experienced the installation process connecting to the web and updating.
