Didn’t come with any documentation and device is not simple plug and play, so had to do some research. Zebra acquired Motorola solutions and handles the scanner lines, but the software that was supposed to connect the scanner to my pc not only didn’t work, it actually made the scanner stop working. Unplugging and replugging in made it come on long enough to scan the Reset to Default code so… Read Article →

I bought two of these, because the price was so good, a week later, after only being used for 3 days, one died.
